No more hourly studio fees just a One Time Delivery/Pick-Up Fee starting
at $8.00 on Island. Please "Message Us" for Delivery Fees Off Island. Please note we are not a brick and mortar type business, deliveries
and pick-ups are done after 3:00pm daily. Please allow up to 24 hours to process, pack
and deliver your pottery. Alternate arrangements can be made depending on availability, We will contact you once your pottery has been fired to coordinate re-delivery.

Turn Around Time,
Packing & Shipping Costs
|
RUSH ORDERS: Standard Turn-Around Time is 7-10 business days (2 weeks), plus shipping time. If you need your pottery sooner? Depending on our Kiln Schedule
and the size of your pottery we may be able to expedite your order. Please call to check kiln availability. More
time may be needed for large groups. Expedite Fee: Starting at $25.00. Please refer to your Final Invoice for estimated
shipping date. If you need your pottery immediately, we can make arrangements to have your pottery professionally
packed by the UPS Store and billed via your credit card. STANDARD SHIPPING VIA UPS STORE: Items are shipped to the specified address
provided. Shipping charges are determined based on the total weight and destination of your package. These rates are determined
by the UPS Store after your pottery has been safely packed. Price will include: insurance, boxes and packing materials and
apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous United States. For your convenience we can also arrange
Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day Air. Customer to provide shipping carrier account number in order to provide this service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Please call us for exact prices and for specific information regarding international orders.

Colors & Supplies

Each Bisque Piece Selected comes with
your choice of 3 Colors
included in the Price.
(Example:
3 Painters will choose 9 colors all together.) Additional colors are available at $2.00 each. Pottery To Go includes Paint Brushes, Palettes, Bowls for Water,
Towels to Dry Brushes, Place Mats and Written Instructions. You may
also purchase your own brushes at $5.00 and up.

Staff / Artist

If you would like an Artist to Instruct or oversee your progress please
book in advance. On-Site Instructor - $50.00 for a minimum of 2 hours. 50% Deposit Required in order to confirm
availability.

Gift Certificates

Certificates are the perfect solution if you are in a hurry and it ensure the recipient
will get exactly what they want. Certificates can be purchased in any denomination and mailed directly to the recipient. Please "Contact Us" directly if you are interested in purchasing a certificate.

Replacement Costs
for Lost Supplies
|
In this ever changing
economy and in order to maintain our current prices... We ask that all borrowed items be returned to us in the same condition they were given. If
Paint Bottles, Brushes, Bowls, Cloths, Mats and/or Palettes are not returned a $5.00 per item replacement
fee will apply. Polka Dot Bags/Replacement fee $25.00 each. For gatherings
of 4 or more people, a $20.00 Refundable Security Deposit may be required to secure the return of all painting supplies.
