How much does it Cost?
All the items you'll need to paint your
project are included in our inclusive pottery price. Pricing starts at a minimum of $200.00. This includes 3 paint colors of your choice
(per painter), brushes, written instructions along with all the supplies you will need to complete your projects, round trip
delivery here on Amelia Island. Addition fees apply for delivery off island.
Please refer to Shipping Costs (on this
page) if your pottery is to be packed and shipped after firing.
will my Pottery be ready?
have received your pottery it will be ready in approximately 7 to 10 business days/2 weeks. (Please allow additional
time during holidays and for large groups.) Additional information noted below under Rush Orders." Please allow extra time for
packing and shipping time if you are from out of town. We do not make deliveries on Sundays. Please keep in mind
we are only able to store your pottery up to 30 days. After 30 days all pottery becomes the property of
Pottery-A-Go-Go and/or is donated to charity.
Packing & Shipping Information:
RUSH ORDERS: Standard Turn-Around Time is 7-10 business
days/2 weeks, plus shipping time. If
you need your pottery sooner? Depending on our Kiln Schedule and the size of your pottery we may be able to expedite
your order. Please call to check availability.
Expedite Fee: Starting at $25.00.
Please refer to
your Final Invoice for estimated shipping date. If you need your pottery immediately, we can make arrangements to have
your pottery professionally packed by the UPS Store and billed via your credit card.
STANDARD SHIPPING VIA UPS STORE: Items are shipped to the specified address
provided. Shipping charges are determined based on the total weight and destination of your package. These rates are determined
by the UPS Store after your pottery has been safely packed. Price will include: insurance, boxes and packing materials and
apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous United States. For your convenience we can also arrange
Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day Air. Customer will need to provide shipping carrier account
number in order to provide this service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Please call us for exact prices and for specific information regarding international
How do I Place an Order?
You can email us at any time and we check messages daily,
Monday thru Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm EST. (We are always on the go... so email is the best form of communication.) "Message Us" 24 hours a day. Once we’ve received your inquiry we will contact you via phone, email an invoice confirming
your method of payment, delivery date & time. Your order is considered confirmed once payment is received.
Deliveries and Pick-Ups are done in the evening after 5:30pm. Alternate delivery arrangements can be
made depending on availability, please call to verify. Please allow 24-36 hours for us to process, pack and deliver your ceramic
What are the Delivery & Pick-Up costs?
Free on island delivery applies to orders of $200.00 or more. Additional fees apply for
off island deliveries. Sorry we usually don't make deliveries on Sundays. Please allow 24-36 hours to process,
pack and deliver your order. Remember there is no per person studio fee so this is a great savings for you.
forms of Payment do you accept?
completion of your order you will be sent an Invoice via Paypal. We accept Cash, Debit Cards, Local Checks, Mastercard,
Visa, Discover and Amex for all purchases.
PLEASE NOTE: PayPal is the most secure method of using your credit card.
Your credit card information is NOT provided to Pottery-A-Go-Go. You DO NOT need a PayPal Account and ARE NOT charged any
Fee for the PayPal transaction. Just follow the Payment Instructions on our Invoice. It will walk you through the payment
If you pay by personal check, your order will be processed once it has
cleared our local bank.
if I need my order in a Rush?
and firing pottery is a process that takes more then a day to complete. Once you have finished painting your pottery
it will need to cure over night, then it will be coated with a layer of clear glaze, which also needs to cure over
night. Once placed in the kiln it will be another 36 hours before your pottery will be cool to the touch and removed
from the kiln. Our standard turn around time is one week. Depending on our current kiln schedule and the size
of your piece we may be able to expedite your firing. Please consult with us regarding "additional fees" that
apply for this service.
long may I keep my pottery to work on?
that you call for a pick up at least two weeks from your delivery date. Additional delivery fees will apply for pottery
kept past one month/30 days.
Do you have any Painted Samples I can get some ideas from?

link for inspiration. All painted by people just like you! We also have several books on Fingerprint and Handprint
designs we can lend you for your project.
do I decide what to paint? For Ages 2-7: We recommend pieces with a flat surface like a plate, bowl, or a small mug. Your child can draw a picture,
or just paint away in light pastel shades and then add a hand print in a darker color! Ages7-up: Any piece is great! Older children pay more attention to detail.
They can draw a picture on a flat surface or paint any one of our shapely pieces. All pencil will burn
away in the kiln.
How do I pick my Pottery & Colors?

you tell me about the paints you use?
All the glazes we use are Non Toxic, Lead Fee and Kid Friendly!
In addition they will not stain your cloths as they are Soap & Water Clean Up. After the firing process your pottery
will be microwavable and dishwasher safe.
you tell me about the Kiln Firing process?
Firing in a timely process... After we pick up your
pottery and pieces are clear glazed by us. Once completely dry from their final coat of clear glaze, items are loaded
into our kilns and fired up to temperatures of 1900 degrees. Pottery will be in the kiln for approximately 36-48 hours
before it is cool enough to the touch.
Can you come to my School or Office?
bet! Pottery-A-Go-Go can take a field trip to any location.
Pottery-A-Go-Go is always adding new items to they're inventory.
However, if you are looking for something special and/or you would like for all your guests to paint a specific item please
place your order at least two (2) weeks prior to your event date, to ensure all items will be in stock for your event.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before all special orders are placed. Special Orders are non-refundable.
Custom Painted Pottery
Please allow up to 4-5 weeks for processing (plus shipping time) for all custom painted
work, including just lettering. Since all ceramics are hand painted it is characteristic to notice variations of color
and art, including brush strokes and the details for the ceramics. This is intentional and adds a unique quality to
each piece. By completing and placing your order you have agreed to all terms. Payment in full due at the time
you place your order. Please expect delays during our busy seasons of May-August & November–December.
Certificates are the perfect solution if you are in a hurry and it ensure the recipient will get exactly what
they want. Certificates can be purchased in any denomination and mailed directly to the recipient. Please "Contact Us" directly if you are interested in purchasing a certificate.

up with darling grosgrain ribbon to create an adorable presentation that is as special as the gift itself. In addition,
we also offer our Birthday Cupcakes gift-wrap for your little one's special occasion. Our Gift Wrap Fee is $5.00 per package.
We ask that all borrowed items be returned to us in the same
condition they were given. Paint Bottles, If Brushes, Bowls, Cloths, Mats and/or Palettes are not returned a $5.00 per item
replacement fee will apply. Polka Dot Bags/Replacement fee $25.00 each.
At times situations beyond our control can occur in the kiln. If your piece is damaged, we
will allow you to paint the same piece again for free. We do not give refunds, due to the fact that the paint, glaze,
firing & piece are not retrievable. Thank you for your understanding.
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which
is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift
recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill
the customer for their order.
