Private Party Terms & Conditions

Payment Methods:
Upon completion of your order you will be sent an Invoice via Paypal.  We accept Cash, Debit Cards, Local Checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover * Amex for all purchases.
 
PLEASE NOTE: PayPal is the most secure method of using your credit card. Your credit card information is NOT provided to Pottery-A-Go-Go. You DO NOT need a PayPal Account and ARE NOT charged any Fee for the PayPal transaction. Just follow the Payment Instructions on our Invoice. It will walk you through the payment process.  

If you pay by personal check, your order will be processed once it has cleared out local bank.
 
 
Party Deposits & Special Orders: A Non-Refundable 50% deposit is required in order to confirm your event date. 
Your deposit will later be credited to the remaining balance due. Total payment is expected when products and materials are delivered, prior to the event.

How long may I keep my pottery to work on?
We ask that you call for a pick up at least two weeks from your delivery date.  Delivery Fees paid at time of delivery are valid for 30 days.  Additional delivery fees will apply for pottery kept past one month/30 days.  Be sure to contact us when your pottery is ready to be picked up.

When will my Pottery be ready?
Once we have received your pottery it will be ready in approximately 7 to 10 days.  Please see additional information noted below under Rush Orders."  Please allow extra time for packing and shipping time if you are from out of state.  Sorry, we do not make deliveries on Sundays.  Please keep in mind we are only able to store your pottery up to 30 days.  After 30 days all pottery becomes the property of Pottery-A-Go-Go and/or is donated to charity. 

Special Orders
Pottery-A-Go-Go is always adding new items to they're inventory.  However, if you are looking for something special and/or you would like for all your guests to paint a specific item please place your order at least two (2) weeks prior to your event date,  to ensure all items will be in stock for your event.  A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before all special orders are placed.
